M. Math programs

I am looking to apply for the MS/MA programs in applied mathematics/financial mathematics in the USA. Can you please guide me toward the best programs?

Financial Math: use the QN list.

Applied math: UT Austin, UCLA, Texas A&M are fairly priced.
If price is not an issue, go to the US news and world report, or QS, most of the rankings are the same- and just start writing down names.
