I wanted to know how an MBA in Finance can help me get a job as a quant in an investment bank. I also wanted to know the other quantitative finance career options available to an MBA.

Hi there,
"MBA" and "quant job" rarely go together in a sentence. If you have some other quantitative degree, an MBA may help to get you a job but you would not want to study MBA to get a quant job. That's where MFE and PhD are for.
Do a search on http://www.quantfinancejobs.com or some other job board to see what kind of position you can get with an MBA.
