thanks Andy,

1--It frustrates me! You mean non-resident students have budget to cover all expenses?!

I thought that I can work in the second year! Or perhaps they automatically consider the budget of students in the second year! the reason why I say so is that some universities required financial support form for only or at least one year! On the other hand, why some universities say "100% placement or internship"!

2--Andy, the director of FE program at Stevens asked me to call him tomorrow to talk about my questions regrading the percent of students who get RA or internship (The program is 30 credit, $1100 each credit!). I didn't send my cv, just said that I have MS in Statistics and he answered "An MS in Stat is helpful. Call me ...".

3-- The IIT program costs $70,000 (tu+other). Maybe I can send my appl and if I get admission then I tell them about my budget! and they decide again! what do you think of that!?

4-- Some univs however asked for financial support form with appl. But as I know other students in my country show financial support/bank statement when they are going to the embassy! I think I can do the same! have you any experience?

sory for that long this and again for this :) I'm just confused!
