MSCF/CF at CMU/Georgia Tech directly after B.Tech from India

Hello all,
I am currently in my final year of B.Tech Computer Science at NIT Jaipur, India.
I am looking forward for a graduate degree in Quant from US.
Could you please tell me a procedure for the same.
How much GRE score is required
My CGPA so far is 7.91/10 and i have done a summer internship at IBM Research India and looking forward for a couple of conference paper publications in my final year.
What are the odds and how should i go for it.

because 3.7 must be from 4 point scale

These questions have been answered several times on this forum... India has a different grading system and therefor GPA needs to be looked using a conversion table rather than doing the simple math...
BTW, why would you not go for it? What do you have to lose except some dollars? If it is what you really want to do, I don't see why you are asking yourself this question.
