Berkeley Haas waived off its 3rd round application fees. I got an email and i am pretty sure its especially not for me.
You can submit application without pre-requisites, GMAT & Recommendations. But all of these not provided, means your offer will remain conditional.
I got 450 in GMAT ......twice .....so i will refrain from applying .....
