PHD In Quantitative Finance

Hi everybody. I am interested in a PHD in Quantitative Finance. I have an MBA in Finance and also an Engineering Graduate. Can somebody help me with the top schools in UK and USA for the above discipline?

And also can someone throw some light on the job prospects after a PHD in Quant Finance? I am interested in working with Hedge Funds and Investment banks in Quant roles( not a Quant developer where I need to do only programming).
