phone interview with GS FICC

hi,

I'll have the 1st round phone interview with GS FICC, for the front desk analyst dev role. I'm from engineering background. Any suggestions what should I expect from the phone screen? (Btw, interviewer is VP level)

here's the description of the role:
The applicant will be involved with all stages of the software development cycle on PIP (Physical Infrastructure Project) initiative
and will work closely with traders, strategists and technologists to understand and implement requirements. He/she will implement,
review and test software, participate in design sessions, work collaboratively with the global team, as well as provide support.
