What is the recommended coursework to start the pre-MFE courses? I have already taken Linear Algebra and Calc I & II along with experience coding in Python. I was planning on taking the quantnet C++ course in addition to enrolling in a Calc III course somewhere and ideally registering for the fall 2025 seminars. Are there any other courses I should consider?

If you are referring to the pre-MFE courses by Baruch, I think the best advice is to reach out to them with your profile and see what is needed.
They may tell you in which sequence to take those courses.
Ideally, you take all those pre-MFE courses or its equivalences recently to prepare. Probability is something you must have.
C++ and Python are something you want to get done before MFE. Some programs will require you complete them as part of their conditional admission.
Many of our members took the C++ as part of the admission requirement for Baruch MFE and CMU MSCF.

Thanks for the response Andy! Would statistics courses be enough exposure to probability? I've taken a few but none were calc based.
