Prediction Company, LLC: Anybody Familiar?

Is anybody familiar with Prediction Company in Santa Fe, New Mexico? It is owned by Millennium now.

I'm wondering about the following things:

1. About how many employees do they have?
2. Is it a good place to work and how is the pay vs. Chicago, NYC, etc?
3. How competitive is it to get in there?
4. Are they really hiring or just fishing?
5. What type of people and skill sets do they tend to look for (are they more physics or more statistics/machine learning?)
6. Do they do mostly HFT, just model development/research, LFT, or some mix?

Not sure what I'm supposed to be disappointed about. They tried an idea 25 years ago, and found it didn't work, thus moving on to another? Isn't that what quant research is all about?
