Kindly request someone to guide me.

GRE - Q162 V152 - 314
IELTS - 7.5 Overall
GPA - 6.75/10

MFE/MSQF any univ?

Thanks.

Those numbers (GPA) are so misleading but overall with that quant in GRE, there is no way you can get into any top 20 programmes probably.

Ohhh..

I was just hoping to hear that SBU, Steven's and IIT-C could be safe bets?

most programs publish GRE scores. it's an easy check. From my point of view, if you can get 162, you can probably get 170 if you're willing to put in the time. The math isn't hard; it's just learning the tricks to do it in time and under pressure.

Thanks for the encouragement. Personally, I did felt I could have managed a 166.
Would decide further on the retake, but it's probably gonna be late now for most schools.

Just to know my options tho, SBU, Stevens and IIT-C are safe bets, right? and good programs?

You really have to provide much much more information than a simple GPA number. Which mathematical and financial and programming related courses you have taken and your grades on them...

Only one way to find out for certain.
