Your coursework and grades are good. If your situation is standard in your country in terms of internships, then don't worry; internships are merely a bonus and you still have a fair chance. Applying to more schools wouldn't hurt though.

I'd consider taking some analysis, and maybe a mathematical statistics course if there is one at your university. Shoot for A+!
