Hi all, would like some feedback on how I can improve my profile before the application cycle for 2026 starts. I have just completed my GRE and thinking of next steps to improve my application profile.

Background:
- Computer Science Bachelors at #1 Singapore University (UGPA: 3.71)
- GRE (Q: 168, V:160)
- 2 YOE working as Front Office SWE - Risk and P/L @ BBIB (Morgan Stanley, Goldman etc)
- Internship Experience: SWE @ Small HFT PropShop, SWE @ Same BB Bank I'm currently working at, SWE @ ML Startup
- Current concern: Never really focused on Math & Stats in undergraduate and hence only took basic compulsory courses in Calculus and Stats and Probability classes.
- C++ and Python: Have internships and course modules in these languages + current workplace uses Python so not too worried
- Current plan: To complete FRM Part 1 before starting on applications in the coming cycle.

I would like to ask the following:
- Given the time remaining, does it make sense spend the majority of it on FRM and jumping straight into applications? Is there a better way to make full use of my time before application starts? I am planning to take on the C++ course provided here and consider the Baruch pre-req courses if time allows.
- Between applying Round 1 and Round 2, does it make sense to wait for Round 2 and complete more pre-req math & stats courses to make up for the deficiency in my Math background?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks all in advance!
