How can I get ready for the QBA as a senior in highschool? What resources can I use to continuously practice calculus?

All topics are covered in this review guide. You can get books to review these topics. Khan Academy or other online resources can be used to practice them.
You will have a chance in college to further learn them. As far as difficulty goes, these are fundamental and elementary knowledge.
