Hey guys, I've completed my B.com and I'm really interested to become a quant trader/algo trader. I see a lot of different course suggestions in this forum and I'm not sure on what basis I can compare them as they have different names. I'm from a non computer science background and just have basic python skills. I see different topics getting discussed like MFE, CFQ etc.. living in India and I'm really interested to know if any of the programs are fully online.

Please point me in the right direction.

Thank you.

Hey! I'm from India too. Unfortunately, I don't think B. Com has enough mathematics to fully prepare you for a quant program/job. Maybe take some college classes in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Differential Equation, and work on coding side by side. You can take a look at the Indian Institute of Quantitative Finance. They offer some great certificate courses. There's also a Certificate in Quantitave Finance by Fitch Learning. Hope this helps!

thanks for the advice. I've just enrolled for a remote fintech program
