We're a small, focused Bitcoin trading and software engineering team looking to bring on a quant partner to help us level up our operations. We’re a team of three: two with strong Python skills and one with Bitcoin trading experience dating back to 2016. About 1.5 years ago, we adapted an open-source framework to develop a custom algo trading system, and it’s been performing well—our monthly volumes often exceed $1 billion, allowing us to earn rebates on a major exchange. Currently, we’re managing $20M AUM acquired purely through word of mouth, with significant potential to expand once we have our Quant partner to complete the core team.

As a small operation, we’re not in a position to offer a standard quant salary, but we can provide profit-sharing and substantial performance-based incentives.
