Structure of different MFE programs

Is there any opinion on the following questions:
- which programs have less programming and which have the most of it?
- which ones are more mathematical and more theoretical?

The best way to figure that out is to look at the program curriculum, but for the most part programs that are based in the math department are more likely to be mathematically rigorous whereas programs based in the engineering dept focus more on practical computation. That's just a hard and fast rule, by no means is it absolute.
