This is the summary sheet for overall expenses at UCB. Living expenses are a whopping 33000$. This takes up the total cost to more than 1,00,000$.

Does this represent cost as per campus residency? Is the food also included in the expenses?

Berkeley is really expensive. If you wish to live alone to have some sort of privacy in Berkeley, expect to shell out around 24K USD at least in living expenses.
