Hi, everyone!
I am an incoming freshman and would like to be a quant. Now I hold offers from the above three schools in applied math. Can someone please give me some advices about which one to pick? Thanks a lot!

UIUC without hesitation, have you seen their MFE website?

But its the graduate program.. I am an undergraduate... If I go to ucsd and transfer to berkeley or ucla would it better than uiuc for undergraduate? Is there a huge difference between uiuc and ucsd for undergraduate? I am just lost.. Thank you replying

I would advise against such calculated move. You want to attend the best school from the get go, and then proceed from there. The best school out of the three choices is UIUC. if you have other reasons (like financial, family, lifestyle etc...) I'm listening.
You have to consider that you may not be able to transfer to Berkeley once at UCSD, who knows what will happen? if you graduate from UIUC your degree will be respected by the admission committee of Berkeley's MFE. AND if you are a legit candidate you won't have trouble getting admission to UIUC MFE as a safe option.

Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize this was for undergraduate.

I think for undergraduate you should also remember what grad school you want. If you want to go to states for grad school, go do an undergrad in the states. Then get experience up and get good scores. The difference between UCSD and UIUC is not massive. If you have a great profile, you can go anywhere.
