Hi everyone,
I’m studying Applied and Computational Math at USC. I heard that MFE programs value your school more than the GPA to a certain extent. I was curious to know if MFE programs think of USC as a top school in the US or not?

I appreciate the responses.

Undergrad school name/reputation is not a big factor in MFE decisions. You have the right degree from a good school so it's not a concern.
Just make sure your profile is competitive. Get all the required courses and do more.
Learn C++ and Python. Do project, participate in competition, etc.
