If I get a job after college or an internship, how would i still get LORS from my professors? Wouldn't those LORS have lost value since the professors 'forget' about you?

I got a LOR this cycle from a professor with whom I took a class in 2018. Its fine.

Keep in touch with them as you work. If they choose to write a letter for you, it will be a lot stronger because they can comment on how you've applied yourself after graduating and your current achievements. It's great networking too. They like to see successful alumni and might invite you to future uni events
