Which Master should i choose for Algo Trading

"Algo" in Algo Trading is the abbreviation for "algorithm" and hence Computer Science degree is the best bet. No MFE type programs will prepare you well enough for the rigorous nature of the business.

Putting that aside, and looking at the cards you have, if I were you, I would be in London. Being closer to the action is likely to get you an internship/job.
