Unfortunately not. I was accepted relatively quickly in R2. I know some people that were accepted late, but I have no idea how many of them were on hold or the wait list. I'm under the impression that hold means that they will reassess the application in a later round, but they should probably contact the MFE office to get the most accurate info.
