Admission committee at Baruch understands GPA from various Indian universities very well. Instead of overall GPA, you need to worry about performance in Math courses. Having 9 or 10 in Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential equations, Numerical methods definitely gives you an advantage.

I gave the exam and it seemed very difficult for me except for few questions. whoever signed up from Baruch can expect an invitation for this exam

35 enrolled contain both Full time and Part time students. All the parttime students need not graduate in 1.5 years along with full time students as they take fewer courses than latter group. Current students can comment on this

As Andy rightly said confirmation letter is to let the graduate office formally know that you are enrolling/deferring/not enrolling for the program. If i remember the confirmation letter has to be sent on or before April 30th. You still have time to send it. I used DHL and it reached on T+2 day.

Thanks Alain and Sachin I emailed Student service centre and they said the amount 29881$ (which is 1 year expenses) is just fine to get I-20. But during visa interview, I guess we need to show 60$ to avoid problems associated with VISA.
