Admission issues with GRE Home-Based test

Will it be an issue if the GRE is taken at home as opposed to a centre (for international students especially)?, I've seen some programs (non-MFE so far) not accept home-based GRE, and even if they are accepted, is there an implicit bias towards centre-based tests?

It's identical to the test taken at testing center so there should be no issue. Programs should not be able to distinguish as far as GRE reporting goes.
