Alternative MFE programs in Ontario/Quebec to uoft MMF and uw MQF?

I would like to pursue a master's program in the field of financial mathematics and will be applying to both master programs mentioned above as they are considered the best within the field, in Canada. I would still like to apply to other programs as well just in case, and I am having difficulty determining what other programs I should consider applying to, as third, fourth, fifth best choices? I have considered programs such as HEC montreal and Phimac from McMaster but is it even worth taking these programs when they do not have as high of reputation than UW and UofT?
