Any comments on the UIUC MFE program?

I have just got an AD from the UIUC MFE program. How is your view on the program since this is the inaugural class……Also I got a AD to CGU w/20%TW, which one would you choose from the two schools?

I have been going through the same dilemma over choosing schools. I have got an admit for MS in Financial Engineering and Risk Analytics program at Lally School of Management, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY for Fall 2010. They started thier program in Fall 2009. I also have an admit from Claremont Graduate University with 20% waiver.

If money isn't an issue, go to CGU. If it is, then you better look out for other programs. Which other programs did you get admitted in to?

First, I would like to see you guys add the timelines into our Tracker to help future applicants.

Secondly, there is little to none info about these brand new programs. We, however, do have a few reviews of the CGU MSFE program.
