Got a couple of questions about the program.

Do they consider GRE TOEFL CFA (passing 2 levels) FRM (passing levels) SAS in giving TA/RA?

What do you mean by TA/RA.

As for the GRE and TOEFL, it hard to say since I got my undergrad degree from a Montreal Univesity and I didn't need to do these tests.

CFA and FRM are a plus to your application. SAS is not really important since we only use MATLAB and C in the program.

Teaching Assistancship / Research Assistanship / other financial aid
What are the criteria for awarding them, is it GPA of old university or GRE TOEFL scores?

Here a list of scholarship http://www.hec.ca/en/programs_training/msc/scholarships/index.html. Most of them are awarded based on old and current GPA.

As for teaching assistant ans research assistant position, you need to directly contact a professor and offer your services. A lot of M. Sc. students are used as TA for undergrad quant courses.

The program in 80% in French and its a must to understand it well otherwise you'll have a hard time.
