The Baruch MFE team won the 2020 Rotman International Trading Competition (RITC) that took place at University of Toronto weekend and included 47 academic institutions from Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

This is the third win in five years, after winning in 2017 and 2016 (and fourth overall, including our first win in 2012)! An unparalleled winning record unmatched in the 17 years of RITC.

Our team won the volatility trading and electricity trading cases, took second place in commodities trading, and fourth place in algo trading.

A record number of US-based MFE/Math Finance programs participated this year, Boston University (31), Carnegie Mellon (7), Fordham (12), Rutgers, UC Berkeley (29), UCLA, UMinnesota, along with MIT, Stanford, Duke, among others.
