Berkeley MA in statistics for quants

Got admited to Berkeley MA in statistics. Is it good program to break into quant(My undergrad is cs)

Any STEM program will provide a good basis and act as a filter. Stats is one of the good degrees to have.
The question is how you will leverage this degree to break in?
Are you going to apply online and send out hundreds of applications?
Is Berkeley providing career services for quant roles? This program is not under business school so it's unlikely but you may want to check.
My feeling is that you may have to do other things besides the Stats degree. Do HackeRank, LeetCode, etc.
Get interview, resume coaching, do the greenbook, other quant interview books, etc.
