Boston MSMFT Boston mathematical Finance job prospects

Hi all,

I spoke to somene in the finance sector who is currently workin in NY.
basically he said "there are may Hedge funds in boson coz of som tax regulation issues..n they are bound to come to BU to recruit"

Obv I am not too convinced. Any thoughts on this?
