BU Interview vs Acceptance

Hello everyone, first post on QuantNet. Been reading quantnet for around a year now though.

I recently got an invitation for an interview with BU. I was just wondering if they sometimes accept people without an interview?

Boston is doing rolling admission so they are pretty quick. Average is 40-50 days for a decision.
