We got a member with an admit today.
Only 2 members with a pending status on the Tracker. Everyone else already got either Accepted/Rejected/Waitlisted.
Anyone else who has not added to the Tracker, please do so. We need to get a better sample size for our audience applying to Chicago this year.

When updating your Chicago tracker, please add a note when you were waitlisted and when it turns into admit so people can see how long it will convert and how many people.

Just got accepted! I'll reflect that on my tracker.

So far we have around 20 people put on the waitlisted on 3/4/25.
2 out of those got rejected today 3/14
1 got admit
There are 16 people with waitlisted status on the Tracker now. Waiting to see how many will convert.

I think uploading several sample projects of mine in the application portal worked in favor.

I think uploading several sample projects of mine in the application portal worked in favor.

It means future applicants should prepare their applications much sooner, learning C++ or Python and work on some projects to showcase they are serious about this. A standard application with good grades/GRE won't be competitive anymore.

Nothing. I applied to five and got rejected from all of them, need to introspect now about what went wrong, and how the future will look like.
