I have a phone interview coming next week for the Summer Quantitative Trading & Analysis role in Citi Group. This is my first interview opportunity from such a huge company. Does anyone know how this phone interview will be about?
I'm a junior student in a prestigious college, with good academic record in Statistics and Economics.
Will it be more behavioral based or more technical? Since I'm not a CS major, though I program in R on a daily basis (really not good at C++) and use Bloomberg Terminal efficiently to collect information.
I just wonder what should I focus on? I've done a research on the interviewer, all econ+math majors. I've prepared the behavior questions, I've also collected recent information, news about Citi. I'm now focusing on technical part and going through the pricing theories and common models (B-S,CAPM,VaR, etc.).
Does anyone have had similar experience before? Any other suggestions?
Thanks a lot for any help!
