Hello guys.
I'm a MFE new graduate and I got offers from CME and Morgan Stanley. Both positions are risk quant.
CME's position is quantitative risk consultant and MS's counterpart is scenario model validation.
My career goal is to become a alpha quant/quant trading in a hedge fund.
What do you guys think of these two offers? Which one has more potential to help me transfer to buyside alpha quant one day in future?

Something is always better than nothing, but there is not a paved path to where you want to go from either of those two offers. If you want to focus on buyside alpha, I would refrain from applying to risk roles (IMO).
