It would be a reject but its not correct on their part to reveal the decision so late.

I received an email update from Columbia saying the application is still being reviewed by a small admissions committee and they'll send a result as soon as possible.
Has anybody heard back from them?

Got the same email yesterday, I believe they normally start sending out result around mid Feb
