If you want to work, it depends on which field, risk management columbia > rutgers, quant rutgers>columbia.
Also they are both great and challenging programs so whatever choice you make, it will be a good one.

Sure, what program you go to really depends on your end goals.

Again it depends on whether you want (or need) to work immediately or if you want to stay in the warm embrace of academia.
