Did anyone face something like "confirmation notice"

it has three options :-

1. yes i will be enrolling this fall
2. yes i will be enrolling but want to defer the
3. no i wont be enrolling.

it also says to fill it up and return to graduate office asap.

if someone could tell me. when do we have to submit this form. after getting visa or before that ??

because it says about enrollment. how can i be sure whether i will be enrolling until i get a visa

In my opinion, this is more of a information survey that you need to return as soon as possible. Most people admitted at Baruch also got admitted into NYU, CMU so it's a formal response letter as to whether you will attend Baruch or not. As far as I know, nobody ever got denied a visa to study at Baruch MFE if they want to.

As Andy rightly said confirmation letter is to let the graduate office formally know that you are enrolling/deferring/not enrolling for the program. If i remember the confirmation letter has to be sent on or before April 30th. You still have time to send it. I used DHL and it reached on T+2 day.

You can always scan and email the confirmation letter.

The admission letter usually includes a date by which the confirmation letter should be receveived by the Office of Grad Studies.
