COMPARE Cornell MFE vs UChicago MSFM

Which program would be better for a fresher straight out of undergrad? Which one has better career services overall?

Please also list the pros and cons of each. Cornell seems super selective but career services are not as good but UChicago seems to have better career services. Let me know if I am correct.
