I'm curious to get a sense of where the current quant job market stands. For those of you based in New York or Chicago, have you noticed any improvement since earlier this year, or does the market still feel sluggish? Are there particular sectors that continue to hire actively? And anyone who was recently hired, what did you find most helpful in your job search?

Thanks!

Do you think there will be improvement 2 years down the line?
