MIT... Carey accepts over 60% of their applicants. So I guess you can estimate the abilities of your classmates. JHU undergrad is probably way way way better than their business programs.

I'm flabbergasted. Not only do you seem to believe in free lunches, but you've listed not needing to move as a primary motivation for choosing schools. If that's what you're going by, do whatever is more comfortable for you. Certainly moving and going to a new, more challenging, environment will be more stressful.
