Requirements include:
- strong computer programming skills (matlab, c, c++, java)
- strong communication skills including high level of fluency in English
- Masters or PhD degree in a technical field (economics, math, physics, engineering, mathematical finance)
- near perfect scores in standardized exams such as SAT and GRE.
