Hi, this is my first QN post. I have been monitoring this site for years and have decided to finally post. I have two years experience in the finance industry (quant developer) and a masters degree in financial mathematics from a decent school. I am currently unemployed and have been for a few months now (at my own will). I was offered an interview for a position as junior trader for Flow Traders at their NY office. There is very little posted about them on the web - which could be a good or very bad thing. So I turn to you dear quantarians.

1. Have you heard about Flow Traders? What have you heard about them?
2. What can I expect as base and bonus as first year comp?
3. Is this a chop shop? Will Boiler Room 2 be filmed there? Or is this actual trading with real life promotions if you do well?

Thanks for you input.
