How to find a job in China (Mainland)

Guys, what web-sites do you know which help to find a job in China (banks or hedge funds).
I mean not only international like Monster, but do they have popular local web-sites?

Most likely, what you're talking about is sth local, it's some websites in Chinese, can you read it ?

Just like FB, Chinese people have their own version (Chinese one), they don't use FB at all (as you know, China is a great market that FB is hunting for, but the door is still closed)

If not, then you need some global sites like efinancial career

If the employer does look for an international candidate, they will not use chinese as the medium to recruit. Maybe, you need to know more about China first. The world there is very different, though it's the so-called emerging market.

Get to know more Chinese friends who work in China. This is when you are in an MFE program, building relationship with classmates is so important.
Unless you are at the executive level, your life will be much easier with knowing some Chinese.
