Leeds, Warwick, York, etc.

Does anyone have any information/opinion about the fin math programs being offered by (second tier???) univs like leeds, warwick, york, etc?
How are these univs viewed in the uk? and job prospects for someone getting masters degrees from these places?
 
Leeds and York are second-tier but I'm not sure about Warwick. It used to have arguably the second strongest math department in the country (after Cambridge and ahead of Oxford). Don't know about now but looking at their web site, it still looks strong.
