I’ve heard that CMU only gives out scholarships to U.S students. Is this true?

Not true. They give scholarships to 25% of every cohort based on merits.
US students are eligible for other public and private scholarships.

Amazing! Honestly, I've been curious for a long time whether anyone has compiled information about scholarships for all the financial engineering master's programs in the U.S., and today I finally found it here.

Thanks so much, Andy! It's especially helpful for students like me, who come from less affluent families and can't easily access information due to China's internet restrictions.
