Same thing happened to mine, but honestly I wouldn't give it to much thought, you never know

Afaik, last year they received a call on the day of decisions

I think it makes some sense since they are calling applicants from all over the world (perhaps?)

Do they also call for rejections? I received a call but missed it. What happens next? Do they also send a mail about the decision?
