Need advice: GMAT FE Verbal Score

Hi all,

How important is the Verbal score for MFE programs?
I scored 695(98th percentile) in GMAT Focus (Q85 V80 DI88). I am worried whether a low score in the verbal section will hamper my chances of getting into a top university (I am planning to apply to CMU MSCF, UCB MFE, Princeton MFin).

The verbal score may or may not be affect the overall application. It depends on other factors of your application. Are you an English speaker?
Did you get your bachelor in the US?

No, I am from India though my primary medium of education was English. A few other points regarding my profile -

1. IIT Kharagpur Mechanical engineering student (minor in Mathematics and computing) CGPA 8.87/10
2. 2.5 years of work experience as a quant researcher at a top bank

What would be the chances of my application?
I have good programming experience and have cleared prerequisite courses (with an average of 9/10 grade).

Currently, I am planning to apply to the following schools -
1. CMU
2. Princeton
3. MIT
4. Baruch
5. UCB

Could you also suggest other MFE programs I can consider applying to.
