Need advice on IIT MSF (ms in finance)

Hi,

I was planning for MFE but due to time constraint and my background I wont be able to make myself comfortable for MFE.

My Profile is,
B.Com, MBA Finance
2 years work ex in corporate finance, 1 year work ex in investment banking

I have only one admit and that is for MS in Finance from IIT Chicago.

Though I have MBA in Fiannce, it is different and it is from an Indian University, so it is less recongnized.

I need advice on below questions.
1. Is MSF from IIT worth a shot?
2. How is the job market in USA for MSF?
3. How much would it benefit if i come back to India after completing MSF?
