Non-programming based job after MS in FE ?

Is it advisable and possible to get non-programming based job (A job which will involve less or no programming)after MS in FE ?

If you'd like to find a non-programming job, basically you will waste 60% of the time in MFE for nothing.
Why?

Dunno, but there are many students who are planning to finish MSFE without the actual knowledge of financial engineering, at least in my program. They just keep running away from either programming or maths.

An Master in Finance degree may be a more appropriate choice. People are not going to get hired because they know Black-Scholes and other generic knowledge that most MFE students are taught.
If candidates have no practical, technical skills, they are not a competitive candidate.

And what other quantitative jobs in finance that do not require technical (programming) skills?
