NYU MFE vs NUS MFE

I've been accepted to the MFE (Master of Financial Engineering) programs at NUS (National University of Singapore) and NYU (New York University).
Which program would you recommend and why?

Hey, don’t they release their decisions in April? When did you apply? And did they need GRE?
